Holly Hatcher Education Foundation

The Holly Hatcher Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) established in August 2025 in loving memory - and to continue the work – of Holly Beth Hoover Hatcher. Over the course of her lifetime, Hatcher made a positive impact on thousands of children as a secondary school teacher in the Shenandoah Valley region of Virginia.

The initial recipients of the Holly Hatcher Education Foundation will be the faculty and students at John C. Myers Elementary School where Holly was a beloved teacher and positive influence on thousands of students over the course of her 19 years there. Funds will go to provide important educational tools and supplies for both the school’s teachers and the students as well as directly assist students in need of financial support to cover items necessary for a successful secondary education. Depending upon resources raised, the funds may also be distributed to additional schools in the Shenandoah Valley region and beyond.
